GREEN BAY, Wis. — Schneider, one of the nation’s largest truckload carriers, is offering a new lease-on opportunity for owner-operators with 2000 or newer model-year trucks to select van truckload freight moving in the eastern 37 states on Schneider’s Percentage Lease Program.
